Reading Assignment: 
  Today (Monday) we completed section 10.1 and discussed 
     Sections 10.2, 10.3 and 10.4.  You should read these 
     sections if you haven't already.
  On Wednesday we complete Section 10.4.  We will also cover
     Section 10.5.  Read it now.
