Although Section 9.1 was not explicitly covered in class it provides a
very nice description of the qualitative aspects of graphing solutions
of 2x2 systems and you should read it quite carefully.
In these problems classify the type of the critical point and its
stability using the information about the eigenvalues and eigenvectors
given in the back of the book. When doing these try to qualitatively
picture what a graph of some sample trajectories would look like.
